I spent a good hour in the garden with my camera today and the most I could come up with was some shots of my son's swingset. I think I may have to go a little futher for some photographic inspiration than just the back yard.

I have about half a dozen rolls of film to be processed but I'm too broke to pay for them! I've been experimenting with time-lapse on water to get that milky effect. And I'm dying for some fireworks to try it out. My mum is getting me a tripod as a mothers day gift from Vellie so that will be good. Hopefully I'll get them done soon and I'll have some new photos to put up!

Okay I did it. I took my first artistic nudes - self portraits. But I'm too chicken shit to post them. Haha. It was strange seeing myself like that. Being so clinical about it. Adjusting the lights, changing my pose slightly so that it doesn't look like I just swallowed a watermelon. Haha. But at the same time it was a very sensual thing. Not in a 'okay where is a man I need to get some' way but a 'very aware of my body' way. Maybe one day I'll get around to actually putting some up. They're very amateurish right now and I think if I put them up they would just come across as bad porn. Haha.

I have got batteries and I'm currently working on trying out some new techniques. I love my camera but its a few years old now and i would love a new one. But alas I don't have the money, damn bills, so I'll just have to persevere with mine. It's not that bad and I have a heap of different lenses with it. It's just frustrating sometimes but oh well.

My camera batteries are cactus and I have serious urges to go out and take some pictures so I'm very frustrated at the moment. Was looking through some old pictures and decided to put them up. I was re-inspired and I can't do anything about it!
